R.J. Pierce Law Group is looking for an outgoing and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing firm! As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with developing, implementing and managing strategic and creative marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services across all of the company’s digital networks. In addition to campaign development and execution, the marketing associate is responsible for serving as a liaison between the firm and any outsourced marketing efforts and activities.
We are seeking qualified candidates that have experience with digital and e-commerce marketing, the ability to assist with the creation of marketing strategies that drive traffic and lead to sales and have an eye for developing creative campaigns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns
Assist with organizing promotional events
Assist with project management for the firm’s marketing activities by creating and delegating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues utilizing the company’s designated project management system
Performs administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and webinars, scheduling events etc.
Create campaign briefs to share with the marketing team and CEO at the direction of the firm’s marketing Director
Collaborate with the graphic design team on visuals for digital content, advertisements and any other deliverables for campaigns
Serve as the liaison between the firm and any outside marketing vendors, consultants, freelancers and suppliers
Research new marketing, advertising and public relations initiatives for the firm and make recommendations to management
Manage the firm’s email marketing process
Oversee the firm’s monthly editorial calendar
Perform social media community management activities including but not limited to helping respond to DMs and comments on social media
Collect, analyze and interpret data in order to adjust marketing strategies as needed
Prepare accurate reports on a marketing campaign’s overall performance
Demonstrates behavior that is consistent with company values
Serves as a brand champion for the RJ Pierce Law firm and The Biz Lawyer brands
Performs other job related duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Journalism, Communications or a related field AND 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position
Understanding of popular social media platforms, emerging networks, and apps
A solid understanding of the entire creative development and marketing process
Ability to work and communicate with a team in an online collaboration platform
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously within compressed time frames, while still maintaining effectiveness
Must have proficient computer and technical skills
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, innovative and creative
Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and problem solving skills
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Project management skills—use of Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Slack, Trello, or a similar platform
Event planning experience

LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE, Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL areas
SALARY: $46,000 Annually
JOB TYPE: Full Time
WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00 p.m., some weekends and holidays, some travel
